Every Garden Maker™ Naturals custom blended fertilizer is individually prepared, just the way you’ve designed it. Our top goal is to deliver a high-quality product that fully meets your expectations. Due to the nature of a custom-blended product, we do not offer returns. However, if there is ever anything wrong with your order or you’re not completely satisfied, please contact customer service and we will work with you to quickly resolve any issues. We will make every reasonable effort to make things right, as there is nothing more important to us than happy customers that keep coming back! Garden Maker™ Naturals Return Policy

Return Eligibility
We offer returns on our Signature Blend and Single Ingredient within 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return of a Signature Blend or Single Ingredient fertilizer, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed bag packaging. If there’s any indication that the sewn tape on the bag might be broken, we cannot accept the item for return.

Return Shipping
If your item is eligible for a return, please contact customer service first to initiate the return process. You will receive instructions on where to send the item. Please do not mail any items before contacting us first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the amount refunded equals the amount paid for the returned item, not including any shipping charges of the original order.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. If an exchange is approved, you should receive the new product within 2 weeks.
